Inoperation of justice and spreading forest law
Ajman Municipality participated in taking my properties
and prevented me to file a case at the court and this deprived me of
my constitutional rights ,
so the competence now is for the international courts .
تعطيــل القضــاء وافشــاء شريعــة الغــاب
اشتراك بلدية عجمان في الاستيلاء علي ممتلكاتى
ومنعى من مقاضاتها بالمحاكم سلبا لحقوقي الدستورية
وبذلك انعقد الاختصاص للمحاكم الدولية
In 1994 the Municipality participated in taking my moneys and the
equipments of my company by allowing my opponents to take the work
site and all including all building equipments , materials and
belongings , not only this but also changed my name in the building
license as a contractor into another name and put a sign board on my
belongings . The municipality approved the building license in the
new name without my assignment or my declaration that I have
received my dues and the equipments of my company according to all
laws effective locally and internationally all over the world
اشتركت البلدية عام 1994 في الاستيلاء علي اموالي ومعدات شركتى بالسماح
لخصومى بالاستيلاء علي موقع العمل بما فيه من معدات بناء ومواد واملاك
خاصة وليس ذلك فحسب بل قامت وكأول سابقة بالعالم بتغيير اسمى برخصة
البناء كمقاول للعملية الي اسم مقاول اخر ووضع لافتته علي املاكى
وصادقت البلدية علي ترخيص البناء بالاسم الجديد دون اي تنازل منى ولا
اقرارا باستلامى لحقوقي ومعدات شركتى طبقا لجميع القوانين المعمول بها
محليا ودوليا بكافة دول العالم
I filed a compensation case no. 13/2000 Plenary Ajman against the
municipality represented in its Manager Ali Abdullah Al Hamrani in
his capacity and in person . Because Ajman municipality belongs to
Ajman Ruler Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Noaami , I was surprised by
his express intervention in the court and gave a decree a copy of
which is attached to withdraw the case from the court and to refer
to it to his palace and to keep it . He refused to refer it to the
court , hence the opponent became a referee because the municipality
belongs to him
فتقدمت للقضاء واقمت دعوى التعويض رقم 13/2000 كلي عجمان ضد البلدية
ممثلة في مديرها علي عبد الله الحمرانى بصفته وشخصه، وبسبب ان بلدية
عجمان هي ملكا لحاكم عجمان الشيخ حميد بن راشد النعيمى فللاسف فوجئت
بالتدخل العلنى السافر بالقضاء وصدور مرسوم اميرى رسمى من حاكم عجمان
مرفق صورته بسحب القضية من المحاكم وجلبها لديوان الحاكم ثم حفظها
بالديوان ورفض عودتها للمحاكم وبذلك اصبح الخصم هو الحكم لان البلدية
ملكا لحاكم عجمان..
I submitted to Ajman Ruler an official objection to his decision and
for his violation to all the local and international laws because he
prevented me of my constitutional right to resort to the court to
claim my moneys that were taken and I requested to refer the case to
the court but in vain
تقدمت لحاكم عجمان باعتراض رسمى علي قراره لمخالفته لجميع القوانين
المحلية والعالمية بمنعى من حقى الدستورى في اللجوء للقضاء للمطالبة
باموالي التى تم الاستيلاء عليها وطلبت ارجاع القضية للمحكمة لعدم
تنازلي عن حقي الدستورى في التقاضى والمطالبة بحقوقي امام القضاء ولكن
للاسف دون جدوى..
Filing this case and my objection to Ajman Ruler decision were the
direct and hidden cause for all these incidents that followed for
more than 15 years up till now .I was threatened by the official
authorities of UAE which are represented in Abu Dhabi Prosecution
Public and forgery in the official papers so as to fabricate falsely
a charge ; but they failed and publicly known !! They revoked the
judgments on the holidays and threatened the judges so as not to
pass a judgment in my favour !!! as previously detailed in the
supporting docu ments mentioned in this site
وقد كان اقامتى لهذه القضية بالذات واعتراضى علي قرار حاكم عجمان هو
السبب المباشر والخفي وراء جميع الاحداث التى تلت ذلك طوال اكثر من 15
عاما حتى الان من تهديدات وتزوير اجهزة الدولة الرسمية ممثلة في
النيابة العامة لامارة أبوظبي في الاوراق الرسمية لتلفيق تهمة لي
بالباطل لكنهم فشلوا وافتضح امرهم!! والغاء الاحكام ايام العطلات
وتهديد القضاة لعدم اصدار اي حكم لصالحى!!! وذلك علي النحو الوارد

My letter to Ajman Ruler that I disagree with his resolution and I
requested him to refer the case to the court
because it is not permissible to intervene in the court
or to prevent me of my constitutional right in claiming my stolen
moneys before the courts
